1. Services

iCdumpsters provides roll-off dumpster rental and waste removal services to residential, contractor, and commercial customers across Orlando and Central Florida. Available sizes, pricing, and service areas are listed on our website and may be updated at any time.

2. Booking & Payment

• Quotes: Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated at time of quote.
• Payment: Full payment is required prior to or at the time of delivery unless other arrangements are made in writing.
• Additional Fees: Overweight loads, extended rental periods, prohibited materials, trip charges, or relocations may incur additional fees.
• Taxes: All applicable state and local taxes will be added where required.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and legal location for placement of the dumpster.
• You must obtain any necessary permits (HOA, city, or right-of-way) prior to delivery unless we agree in writing to handle them.
• iCdumpsters is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, sprinkler systems, or overhead obstructions resulting from delivery, placement, or pickup at your requested location.
• Same-day delivery is available subject to availability and order cutoff times.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Do not overload the dumpster above the fill line; loads must be level and safe to transport.
• Do not move, paint, or attach anything to the dumpster.
• Keep the area around the dumpster clear so we can perform pickup without delay.
• You are responsible for the dumpster and its contents while in your possession, including theft, damage, or unauthorized use.

5. Prohibited Materials

The following items may not be placed in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, solvents, or oils
• Tires, batteries, propane tanks, or pressurized containers
• Asbestos, medical waste, or contaminated soil
• Appliances containing refrigerants (without prior approval)
• Liquids, sludge, or food waste

Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees, fines, or legal liability passed on to the customer.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the truck has been dispatched, or "dry run" trips where we cannot deliver due to access issues at your site, are subject to a trip charge.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCdumpsters' liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific rental giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general information only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content, branding, or images without written permission. We make no warranties about the accuracy or availability of the website and may modify or discontinue it at any time.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold iCdumpsters, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
