Due to laws and regulations, our trucks have a specified legal weight limit of 3.5 TON max capacity on our dumpsters. In the event this weight limit is exceeded, our iCdumpsters driver may refuse pick up until the dumpster is unloaded to a safe weight at the renter’s expense. If an additional dumpster is needed to remove material from the overloaded dumpster, another dumpster can be rented online or via call for delivery. Please remember the initial rental continues until the dumpster is picked up at a safe weight amount. If this issue causes your rental to exceed the included days, you will be billed for each additional day at the specified rate (refer to signed rental agreement for this rate).
NO. Never stack, arrange or load trash over the top or side walls of the dumpster for any reason.
If dumpsters are loaded above the sidewalls, iCdumpsters may refuse to pick up the dumpster. The renter must then unload the dumpster at their own expense and time to below the side wall top.
Please remember the rental continues until the dumpster is unloaded to a safe amount/level. If this issue causes your rental to go beyond the included days you will be billed for each additional day (refer to signed rental agreement for this rate).
In most cases, you won’t need a permit if the dumpster is placed on your private property. However, if it needs to be placed on a public street or sidewalk, you may need a permit.
Please check with your local municipality. Permits are often required for dumpsters to be placed on the street and sometimes this is strictly prohibited.
iCdumpsters is not responsible for any fines/fees from HOA’s or local code enforcement that a renter incurs OR any fines or costs iCdumpsters incurs for following directions of a renter. Renter will be charged.
Pricing does not include any additional hauls requested, any overage of agreed upon days of rental, any overages in total weight, any damage to dumpsters, or any inappropriate waste filling of dumpster. Any of the above misuses of the rental dumpster will incur additional charges to the renter.
You can dispose of most non-hazardous materials, including household junk, furniture, appliances, wood and lumber debris, yard waste, and more.
We accept small amounts of concrete, dirt, tile, rock, bricks, asphalt or roofing waste. Contact us for a full list of acceptable materials.
Prohibited items include hazardous materials like asbestos, paint, oils, chemicals, tires, batteries, and electronics. Check with your local waste disposal regulations or contact us for more information.
